Finally a new pencil Drawing of the new Sabres back up goaltender who has played great so far...maybe 1 questionable game against Ottawa but otherwise pretty solid for a backup so far.
well I'm kind of pissed that the Sabres decide that they don't need to give an effort for these last 2 games, and just by coincidence here's a digital painting of Vincent Lecavalier of the Tampa Bay Lightning
As the new season starts and the Sabres so far 2-0 taking on the 5-0 Rangers tonight. I'm posting a new drawing of Sabres assistant Captain Jochen Hecht in the new Sabres 3rd Jersey.
John sent me some pictures of an abstract fused glass piece he created of Sean Burke when he was on the Flyers. I would love to see it in person, it looks pretty cool.
My all-time favorite goaltender and Buffalo Sabre Retired again yesterday, so I'll post some of my Hasek artwork, I'm also staring to work on a commemorative artwork that I'll be posting snippets of as I progress.
I apologize for not adding any more posts for a while, I've been pretty busy to go along with computer problems, now I'll try and catch up.
First I got an e-mail not to long ago requesting more Max Afinogenov art, I looked through my work and found 1 drawing that I haven't posted.
I am very excited the playoffs are starting, I've been going crazy these last few days with no hockey games on. My Sabres didn't make it, and in a way I'm happy i don't have to deal with the stress. I have placed my rooting interest in my 2nd home town team, the Pittsburgh Penguins. I'm rooting for them to win it all. other predictions this round: I'm predicting Caps over the hated Flyers (even though they're less hated with Biron and Breire) in 6 games, Canadians over Bruins in 5 games and the Devils over the rangers in quite possibly what will be the most boring series (style wise) in this playoffs.
My hockey team is getting new jerseys and I'm designing a logo to be screen printed on them. The teams name is "Beaver Fever" and below are my designs so far. I'm going to put a poll up on the bar to the right to decide on which one is the best.
